This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, research, and clinical operations who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced medical environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily operations of clinical research studies Support patient screening, scheduling, and study visits Collect, document, and organize study data accurately Maintain regulatory binders and study documentation Assist with informed consent processes under supervision Coordinate with physicians, study coordinators, and research staff Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and HIPAA requirements Perform general administrative and clinic support tasks as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health sciences, or related field preferred Interest in clinical research, healthcare, or medicine Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with patients in a clinical setting Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Experience with eSource Spanish speaker preferred Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional flexibility based on study needs
