Job Description

Clinical Research Coordinator Schedule:
Monday-Friday (7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support and coordinate multiple clinical research protocols. This role serves as a key liaison between investigators, sponsors, and site teams, ensuring high-quality study execution while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within clinical research and gain hands-on experience in human subject research. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities across multiple clinical research studies Serve as a liaison between investigators, sponsors, and internal teams Review study protocols, including inclusion/exclusion criteria, with physicians and patients Ensure informed consent processes and patient safety in compliance with protocol requirements Collect, enter, and review clinical data in case report forms (CRFs) or electronic data capture (EDC) systems Monitor data quality and resolve missing or incorrect data Track study timelines from feasibility through closeout Manage study supplies, drug/device shipments, and inventory Document and report adverse events, protocol deviations, and regulatory updates Respond to monitoring visits, audits, and sponsor inquiries Attend investigator meetings, site visits, and required training sessions Required Qualifications Must have 2 years of hands-on, patient-facing clinical research experience ; ideally women's health therapeutics Basic understanding of clinical research and human subject protection Experience with clinical procedures such as ECGs, phlebotomy, and specimen handling Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Augusta, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
