Perm Hematology Oncology Physician $800K Guaranteed + $150K Bonus | 4-Day Workweek | Phone-Only Call Waterloo, Iowa 365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology Oncology Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Waterloo, Iowa. Position Snapshot $800,000 Guaranteed Compensation (First Two Years) $600,000 Ongoing Compensation Floor $150,000 Commencement Bonus 4-Day Workweek Phone-Only Call Full-Time Employed Position J-1 and H-1B Visa Sponsorship Available Practice Environment Comprehensive, multidisciplinary cancer center Fully integrated oncology services Radiation Oncology onsite Infusion clinic with chemotherapy-certified nurses Dedicated oncology pharmacists Weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards Participation in cooperative clinical trials Hospitalist team manages admissions Private infusion suites available This nationally accredited cancer program delivers coordinated, patient-centered care and serves an eight-county region with a population of approximately 280,000 residents. Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care Evaluate new patient consultations and follow-up visits Develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with Radiation Oncology and multidisciplinary specialists Participate in tumor boards and clinical discussions Deliver evidence-based, compassionate cancer care Program Highlights Accredited comprehensive cancer center Commission on Cancer (CoC) accredited National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) accredited Access to clinical trials Integrated team approach Strong referral base Hospitalist support for inpatient admissions Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology Iowa medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA certification Unrestricted prescribing authority Clean malpractice and background history Open to both experienced physicians and graduating fellows.
