Day Shift | Full-Time, 40 hours weekly, 8am-5pm, Rotating Weekends & Holidays Via Christi associates are eligible for tuition discounts and priority placement in select healthcare programs through our academic partnership with Wichita State University. How you'll make an impact in this role: Coordinate trauma research projects from inception to publication. Manage the Institutional Review Board (IRB) submission and compliance process, ensuring all research strictly adheres to regulatory standards and ethical guidelines. Partner with Trauma Surgeons and clinical staff to streamline data collection and analysis. Champion the integrity of research data for medical publications and presentations What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need: Prior research experience in a clinical or academic setting including IRB submissions, data repositories and ethical/legal compliance guidelines.
