GME Research Coordinator Willis Knighton Health - 2.7 Shreveport, LA Job Details Full-time 19 hours ago Qualifications Academic research projects Educational material preparation Project coordination Mid-level Clinical trial projects Master's degree Bachelor's degree IT Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative Certification (CITI) Research participation Information Technology Full Job Description The Department of Graduate Medical Education Research at Willis Knighton Health is seeking a qualified research coordinator to assist with the planning, execution, and management of scholarly activities being performed by residents, fellows, medical students, and other potential student categories at Willis Knighton Health. The GME Research Coordinator will report to the Director of GME Research and perform tasks both independently and in collaboration with them. The candidate will also assist in helping with the conduct of several new and ongoing GME research projects, information technology applications, as well as generating educational materials and notes from formal meetings with GME committees and formal meetings. A background in research and information technology is preferred; however, applicants who have gained the necessary skills for this role through alternative career histories will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Prefer a bachelor's degree in a science-related field or master's degree with a focus in data analytics Prefer experience in research and/ or clinical trials Prefer experience in coordination Prefer experience with human research protections CITI Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or completed within first month of employment CRA (CITI) Certification or completed within first month of employment
