This role is designed for recent graduates and individuals seeking to begin a career in clinical research. Those hired will work alongside experienced Clinical Research Coordinators, Investigators, and Operations staff while receiving structured training in patient recruitment, study operations, regulatory compliance, and clinical trial conduct. This position offers a defined growth pathway into Research Assistant and Clinical Research Coordinator roles. Duties
  • Assist with patient recruitment and prescreening activities
  • Contact potential participants and schedule appointments
  • Support participant retention efforts
  • Support research staff with study startup activities
  • Assist with inventory and study supply management
  • Assist with data entry Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Neuroscience, Psychology, Public Health, Health Sciences, Nursing, or a related field
  • Recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in healthcare, medicine, clinical research, or scientific careers
  • No prior clinical research experience is required.
