Full Job Description Position:
Research Coordinator Location:
Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE)
Work Environment:
Hybrid / Telework Eligible (Routine and situational telework is authorized. Facility space restrictions may necessitate part-time or full-time telework.)
Clearance Required:
TIER 2: Non-critical sensitive position (Must be able to obtain and maintain)

Full-Time Salary Range:
$90,000 - $102,000 Knowesis is seeking a Research Coordinator to manage logistics and administrative compliance for psychological health research portfolios. This role is vital for ensuring research protocols move smoothly through review processes and hit execution milestones. The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Manage research portfolio activities, track study milestones, and facilitate research study processes. Support research administrative compliance and regulatory requirements for ongoing and proposed research projects. Review internal research proposals and assist technical leads in ensuring adherence to scientific rigor and policies. Assist in preparing written guidelines, manuals, protocols, and formal analyses.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field. At least 4 years of experience coordinating clinical or health services research.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a scientific or health-related field. Advanced knowledge of DoD human subjects protection regulations. Experience managing multi-site study protocols.
