What You'll Do:
Provide expert hematology and oncology patient care in a leading hospital setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans. Oversee and mentor medical staff and junior investigators. Engage in clinical research, research innovation, and academic activities. Support and advance clinical trials and research initiatives. Lead efforts to expand oncology services across hospital sites. Contribute to inpatient and outpatient cancer care delivery models. Maintain approximately 25% clinical practice hours alongside leadership duties.
What You Need:
MD or DO degree; Hematology/Oncology Fellowship completed Valid Michigan medical license (or eligible to obtain) Proven experience in Hematology/Oncology, with prior leadership experience preferred EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred) Ability to support H1B visa application Strong leadership, research, and clinical skills About the
