Job Description

Are you a board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologist seeking a rewarding locum tenens opportunity? A facility near Castle, OK, is in need of a dedicated physician to provide coverage. Opportunity Highlights Position :
Radiation Oncology Physician Schedule :
Initial need for 2 days per week
Shifts:
8 AM - 6 PM , averaging 16-20 hours per week Ongoing locums coverage
Practice Type :
Inpatient only (Outpatient not required)
Patient Load :
10-25 patients per shift
Call Details :
1:3 ratio with minimal callbacks Phone consults: 1-2 per 24 hours 30-minute response time required
Specialty Skills :
Comprehensive experience in Radiation Oncology, including techniques like IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, and SRS.
Licensing :
Must hold an active Oklahoma license or qualify for IMLC.
Requirements Board Certification :
Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology.
Experience :
Proven expertise in conventional and advanced radiation oncology techniques.
EMR System :
Familiarity with Epic preferred. Temporary hospital privileges are available for a quick start.
Support and Facility Details Trauma Level:
Level 3 Full administrative and logistical support for smooth onboarding and scheduling. No resident or teaching supervision required.
Additional Perks Travel :
Travel between two nearby locations ( 60 miles apart).
