What they do
A Clinical Investigator works on a clinical trial, and is responsible for ensuring that an investigation is conducted according to the signed investigator statement, the investigational plan, and applicable regulations; for protecting the rights, safety, and welfare of subjects under the investigator's care; and for the control of drugs under investigation. The Clinical Investigator must also meet requirements set forth by the FDA, EMA or other regulatory body. The qualifications must be outlined in a current resume and readily available for auditors.

You'll become the trusted technical advisor for prospective customers throughout the sales process.Responsibilities include:
Lead customer discovery meetings to understand clinical and technical requirements Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs Guide customers through evaluation kit setup and onboarding Support technical discussions during the sales process Prepare proposals, presentations, and scientific documentation Partner with Sales, Clinical Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams on strategic opportunities Represent Vivalink at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events Gather customer feedback and help shape future product improvements What We're Looking For Required Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Healthcare, Engineering, or a related field 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Medical Devices, Digital Health, Healthcare Technology, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, CRO, Clinical Research Experience presenting technical information to customers or healthcare professionals Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple customer opportunities Willingness to travel for customer meetings and conferencesPreferred:
Experience supporting clinical trials; Experience with wearable technologies; Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) ; Clinical Operations Solution Consulting; Sales Engineering; SaaS or cloud-based healthcare platforms; Cardiology, Oncology, Neurology, or Respiratory experience.
