Job Description

Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals and the region's largest multispecialty group. Our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate. We are seeking a faculty member with interest in malignant hematology to join our major referral center specializing in acute leukemia, myeloma, and aggressive lymphomas. You'll collaborate with experienced hematopathology, molecular, apheresis, and blood bank teams, with comprehensive administrative and clinical support. Qualifications:
ABMS BE or BC Hematology & Oncology. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care for patients facing a wide range of blood disorders and cancers, contribute to cutting-edge research, and potentially shape the next generation of specialists through our Hematology-Oncology Fellowship Program.
Compensation:
The compensation ranges in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

$372,500 - $588,250 THE
