Title:
Clinical Operations Intern Location:
Nashua, NH (Remote/Hybrid) Position Summary Conformal Medical, a W. L. Gore company focused on innovative structural heart solutions, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support the Clinical Operations team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the daily administrative and strategic activities required to run clinical trials and cross-functional projects within a fast-paced medical device environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and eager to learn tasks that support strategic decision-making in a growing healthcare technology company. Key Responsibilities Assist with review of key study documentation including protocols, informed consent forms, investigator brochures, case report forms, and clinical study reports and other activities including conducting research, preparing reports for presentations, etc. Assist with updating and maintaining clinical research metrics and tracking systems Assist in the implementation of new systems and tools to streamline clinical trial operations
Data & Tracking:
Input and update clinical trial data in internal spreadsheets and systems while performing routine quality control checks. Perform tasks related to supporting operational execution of clinical studies, including preparation of materials, and study inspection readiness activities Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences or related field Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Preferred Skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
