Presently our network stretches across 33 sites throughout the United States in 18 states.
Clinical Research Medical Assistant's Main Objective:
Overall, the Clinical Research Medical Assistant is responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution, ensuring: Patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic Visits are completed accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to clinical trial protocols at all times Patient screening, enrollment and retention activities are executed focus and follow-through Patients are guided through the study journey to help ensure they attend and complete required visits Clinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms Patients, physicians, and other stakeholders receive clear, timely communication Skills Needed to Win 1+ years of professional experience Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a decisive, solutions-oriented approach to fast-moving or uncertain situations High attention to detail and ability to stay organized across competing priorities Ability to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows A collaborative, patient-focused mindset Helpful experience or backgrounds may include: Exposure to healthcare, patient care, clinic operations, or clinical research RN, LPN, medical assistant, medical scribe, or urgent care experience Clinical documentation and charting experience Team lead, shift supervisor, charge nurse, or other leadership experience Completing patient visits, or prior experience with clinical procedures like blood draws, ECGs, and vital signs Team Perks & Benefits at DelRicht Research Medical Insurance, with generous employer paid contributions Dental and Vision Insurance Short and Long Term Disability and Group Life Coverage Paid Time Off that builds throughout your career with the company 401K (+ discretionary match/profit sharing) Quarterly Bonus Plan Professional Development Program Success-Driven Environment where data drives decisions and insightsJob Type :
