About This Role DelRicht Research is seeking a full-time, onsite, patient-facing Clinical Research Coordinator to join our Charleston clinic. This role is a strong fit for someone with professional experience who is ready for a next step: owning patient-facing clinical research work, helping the clinic run smoothly, and growing toward future leadership opportunities as the site expands. You'll work closely with the clinic team to support study visits, follow protocols, communicate clearly across stakeholders, and help ensure patients have an organized, positive experience. We're looking for someone who can learn quickly, adapt in a changing environment, and step up with confidence when the team needs direction. Clinical Research Coordinator's Main Objective Overall, the Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution in our Charleston clinic, ensuring: Patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with close adherence to clinical trial protocols and site expectations Patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities are supported with a strong focus on follow-through Patients are guided through the study journey to help ensure they attend and complete required visits Clinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms Upcoming study volume, including vaccine-related trials, is prepared for and executed smoothly Internal teammates, patients, and cross-functional partners receive clear, timely communication Issues are escalated appropriately, while decisions are handled independently when appropriate Daily clinic operations stay organized across competing priorities in a fast-moving environment The broader team benefits from strong prioritization, attention to detail, and confident decision-making Skills Needed to
