To excel in this position you must have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to work collaboratively with your team.
Responsibilities include:
  • Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, sponsor requirements, and institutional policies to maintain research intergrity and quality.
  • Screen, recruit, consent, enroll and retain study participants according to protocol-specific eligibility criteria.
  • Coordinate and conduct study visits, including medical history collection, scheduling, specimen collection, EKGs, laboratory procedures, and other protocol-required assesments.
  • Collect, document, and enter study data into source documents, electronic medical records (EMR) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
  • Engage with study team to prepare and manage studies in order to successfully meet study goals
  • Organize documentation in study site files
  • Collaborate with PI's and Sub-I's to ensure studies are being conducted accordingly.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies to make sure items are available when necessary.
