A Clinical Investigator works on a clinical trial, and is responsible for ensuring that an investigation is conducted according to the signed investigator statement, the investigational plan, and applicable regulations; for protecting the rights, safety, and welfare of subjects under the investigator's care; and for the control of drugs under investigation. The Clinical Investigator must also meet requirements set forth by the FDA, EMA or other regulatory body. The qualifications must be outlined in a current resume and readily available for auditors.

Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking experienced Insurance Authorization Specialists to support a large oncology provider. This position will be responsible for obtaining and managing prior authorizations for oncology services, primarily chemotherapy and radiation treatments, by reviewing patient regimens, submitting authorizations through insurance portals, following up on approvals, and updating the accounts accordingly. This position will assist with claim rejections, denials, and write-offs as needed, while working through an average of 10-15 authorizations per day.   • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience with Athena.
  • Experience with FastDoc.
  • Experience with Availity.
  • Prior oncology experience.
