Research Department is currently hiring full-time Research Coordinators who want to be part of our research team. Applicants will be considered for all open positions. Key Duties for all
Research Coordinator Positions:
Recruits candidates for clinical trials. Performs day-to-day activities related to conducting and overseeing participant interviews and follow-up visits. Develops and maintain study databases. Develops, implements, and maintains standard operating procedures and study materials. Prepares and tracks institutional review board submissions and other regulatory documents. Prepares reports and presentations for local and national research meetings. Conduct quality control procedures such as consent form audits, documentation tracking, and data reconciliation and support System-wide research quality control and safety efforts. Research Coordinator Positions:
Education Requirements :
Bachelor's or graduate/higher level degree: major study in an academic field related to the medical field, health sciences or allied sciences appropriate to the work of the position. This degree must be from an educational program from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education at the time the degree was obtained. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of researchers and staff. Experience with customer service, particularly by telephone and e-mail. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines. Experience with data management systems (e.g., REDCap, Microsoft Access) preferred.
Salary information:
General Schedule Pay Scale levels 7-9 Annual salary range: $57,150
