Job Description
The Unit Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the clinical research unit, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of Phase I-IV clinical trials. This role provides direct supervision to clinical staff, coordinates participant visits and study activities, maintains regulatory and protocol compliance, and promotes exceptional patient care while supporting Pillar Clinical Research's mission of advancing medicine through quality clinical research. The Unit Manager works collaboratively with investigators, sponsors, clinical research coordinators, laboratory personnel, pharmacy staff, and administrative departments to ensure studies are conducted according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, sponsor requirements, and company policies.
