Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Research Administrator to join our team and support the successful execution of scientific and clinical research projects. This vital role involves overseeing research activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing project workflows to facilitate groundbreaking discoveries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for advancing scientific knowledge through meticulous administration and project management. Duties Coordinate and oversee all aspects of clinical and scientific research projects, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines Manage data collection processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of research data Supervise research staff and laboratory personnel to promote efficient workflow and high-quality results Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and institutional policies Facilitate communication between researchers, sponsors, ethics committees, and regulatory bodies to streamline approvals and reporting Maintain detailed documentation of research activities, including project logs, incident reports, and audit trails Support project management tasks such as scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, and preparing progress reports Experience Proven supervising experience in a research or laboratory environment with leadership responsibilities Extensive background in scientific or clinical research, including experience with clinical trials Strong knowledge of data collection methods, laboratory procedures, and research protocols Laboratory experience is highly desirable to understand technical workflows and safety standards Certification in ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) from a recognized issuer for California or equivalent certification from other regions is preferred Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with compliance management practices to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in research settings This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to innovative research initiatives while developing your leadership skills within a collaborative environment. Pay:
$64,775.40 - $78,009.09 per year
