$90,000 / year Description Are you a qualitative researcher looking for an exciting next step in your career? Do you want to work with on of the world's leading CPG companies? We are looking for a Qualitative Research Manager to join one of our client sites in New Jersey! This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about understanding human behavior and translating findings into clear, impactful recommendations. Key Responsibilities 🀝 Lead the design of qualitative research (focus groups, IDIs, ethnography, etc.). πŸ“ Develop discussion guides, external qual platforms, and manage recruitment alignment for studies. πŸ“‹ Manage study protocol, activity plans, informed consent, and any external qualitative platforms as needed. πŸ—£ Moderate focus groups, IDIs, and other qualitative approaches. πŸ’» Manage room setup and tech readiness (recording, streaming, stimulus display). πŸ“Š Analyze qualitative data and produce insightful, actionable reports. πŸ‘₯ Collaborate with quantitative research and recruitment teams for integrated project delivery. πŸ‘ Serve as the primary onsite contact for clients during fieldwork, providing consultation and managing expectations in real time. πŸ‘©β€πŸ« Support training and best-practice implementation for research staff. βœ… Ensure all research activities comply with ethical and regulatory standards. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Degree in a related field (Consumer Science, Sensory Science, Food Science, Psychology). Relevant industry experience. Expertise in qualitative research techniques and moderation. Strong analytical, storytelling, and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
