This role ensures effective coordination across all participating sites, maintains high-quality research standards, and supports the successful execution of program deliverables. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of a multi-site consortium research program to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Directly supervise research staff, including multiple research coordinators and a regulatory specialist, providing guidance, performance oversight, and professional development. Coordinate and integrate efforts across all site team members to maintain consistent communication, efficiency, and high levels of program functionality. Collaborate closely with the Principal Investigator through regular communication to ensure seamless progress and alignment with scientific and operational objectives. Organize, lead, and participate in local research team meetings to ensure effective coordination and issue resolution. Attend consortium-wide meetings (virtual and in-person) and provide comprehensive updates and feedback to the Principal Investigator to support program integration. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational challenges related to scheduling, protocol execution, and research procedures. Ensure the collection, quality, and timely submission of research data in compliance with sponsor and regulatory requirements. Oversee compliance with all training requirements, ensuring all team members maintain current and required research certifications. Qualifications Advanced degree (e.g., PhD, MD, or equivalent) or relevant experience in research program management. Experience managing multi-site or consortium-based research programs preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical research operations.
