Job Summary We are seeking an Environmental Programs Specialist for a contract opportunity in Campbell, CA, supporting environmental initiatives within the government and public sector. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented environmental professional who enjoys program coordination, public outreach, policy research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The Environmental Programs Specialist will help plan, implement, monitor, and improve programs related to sustainability, recycling, stormwater compliance, waste management, air quality, permitting, compliance, and enforcement. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support environmental programs related to sustainability, recycling, stormwater compliance, waste management, air quality, permitting, compliance, and enforcement.
• Collect, analyze, and report environmental program data using statistical methods, research, surveys, studies, and technical documentation.
• Develop written reports, plans, presentations, outreach materials, policy recommendations, and public education resources.
• Serve as a point of contact for public inquiries, community outreach, interagency coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Support grant research, submittals, awarded program implementation, budget tracking, consultant coordination, and contractor management.
• Review legislation and regulatory issues, recommend appropriate actions, and help ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental requirements. Compensation and Benefits
