Behavior Interventionist Specialist Seeking a dynamic professional to work with our care team. Part-Time (29.75 hours) per week

Wages:

$2,578.33 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement targeted strategies to reduce problematic behaviors and promote positive behaviors using techniques such as positive reinforcement. Create and execute individualized behavioral plans. Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Engage and mentor youth with a range of intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a social science field from an accredited college or university OR be within 24 credits of completing a bachelor's degree in a social science Minimum of 1 year of supervised one-on-one experience with children with disabilities (required) If this requirement is not yet met, we can offer a supervised pathway to obtain the necessary experience Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain with our support) How to
