- Environmental Investigation & Remediation This is an exciting opportunity to join—and help shape—our growing Environmental Investigation and Remediation Group.
You will:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, to understand their needs and develop practical, effective solutions
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary project teams, driving accountability, quality, and momentum
- Own project performance—managing scope, budget, schedule, risk, and profitability
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Mentor staff and contribute to developing the next generation of technical and project leaders
- Provide technical leadership on advanced environmental work, including: o Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments o Soil, soil vapor, and groundwater investigations o Response action plans supporting remediation and redevelopment o Brownfield redevelopment o Knowledge and experience with local environmental investigation and clean up grants o Oversight of remedial activities and compliance monitoring o Scope development, cost estimating, and proposal preparation o Data analysis and report writing • Travel locally and regionally as needed (up to ~20%)•What Sets you Apart You'll excel in this role if you bring • A BS degree or higher in Geology, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field • Licensure/certification as a Professional Geologist, Professional Engineer, CHMM or related, and/or ability to be registered/certified within 12 months.
- Significant, in-depth hands-on environmental experience is required, typically gained through 10-20 years of progressively responsible work aligned with the position's duties
- Strong working knowledge of environmental regulations and programs serving industrial, energy, and commercial clients
- Demonstrated knowledge of brownfield redevelopment, including assessment, risk management, regulatory engagement, grant writing/management and support of redevelopment goals
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience
- A genuine interest in business development and growing client relationships
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

LI-hybrid Compensation Range:
$88,000.00- $131,000.
