Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Under minimal supervision, the Sr. Environmental Associate provides department and staff support in accordance with department policy and job duties. Incumbent will participate in patient service activities, as well as provide support and direction to ESD associates. This role will prioritize activities, respond to concerns, mentor new associates, advise existing associates, and coordinate staff to maximize productivity during each shift. The incumbent will delegate tasks and follow up on requests and concerns that arise during the shift. The Sr. Environmental Assoc will provide feedback to leadership on annual performance appraisals, coaching's, and corrective action for staff members. The incumbent will facilitate communication, empowerment, ownership, staff development and other strategies to bring about enhanced employee involvement, job satisfaction and quality service.
Qualifications:
Required:
One year experience in
Environmental Services Desired:
One year leadership. One year Environmental Services with Norton Healthcare. High School Diploma or GED
