UPLOAD ALL DOCUMENTS REQUESTED
A valid Louisiana teaching certificate is required with certification and experience in special education. Must be willing to work towards obtaining a Educational Diagnostician endorsement as specified in Bulletin 746, Revised, Louisiana State Department of Education. This endorsement requires a Master's Degree. Must be able to obtain certification within 3 years of accepting the position of Screening Specialist. Must make continuous progress towards certification within the specified timeframe to maintain the position within the department Must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with school stakeholders, state and federal agencies and the general public. The background check will be done upon employment recommendation. You are not required to be fingerprinted to apply.
