TERRA Environmental is seeking motivated Environmental Scientists and Engineers with a 0-3 years of experience in hazardous waste site cleanup and remediation services. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Massachusetts, where you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that have a positive impact on the environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute environmental projects with a focus on site investigation, remediation, and hazardous waste management. Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Write detailed reports, business correspondence, and work plans, and present findings effectively to clients and stakeholders. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all technical, budgetary, and client expectations are met. Collaborate with public and private entities to expand project opportunities and develop new business relationships. Travel locally for onsite and in-person meetings, as well as to remote project sites and client locations. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field. At least two years of experience in the environmental industry, with a focus on hazardous waste site cleanup, remediation, and regulatory compliance. Strong knowledge of Massachusetts and federal regulations related to soil, groundwater, and building materials. Proven experience in client management and business development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries. Strong organizational and time management skills.
