Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, Holidays, Profit Sharing, and 401(k) with match Uniform Services Time Off (USTO) Uniform Services Differential Pay A culture that appreciates Team Members What you'll be doing: Perform job tasks in compliance with Bartlett safety programs and procedures Work with producers to analyze current agronomic practices and knowledgeably provide recommendations for improvement that best align with their operation Document and upload agronomic data into certified third-party quantification online platforms Report on sustainable outcomes to all levels of management and external Customers, while providing recommendations for continuous improvement Help with other program responsibilities as necessary Requirements to be successful in this position: Bachelor's degree in Crop Science or closely related field Valid passport and driver's license with satisfactory driving record Achieve and maintain the General Certified Crop Advisor Certification Two to three years' experience with a certified agronomic retailer Willingness to travel to facilities across the US Northern Plains and Canadian Prairies Knowledgeable of computer operations; able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Strong analytical skillset Capable of writing and orally presenting reports to all levels of management internally and external Customers Here are some of the physical requirements for this role: This job will require both office and field work Field work will require travel and engagement with producers at their operations and will involve all types of weather and temperature environments, along with exposure to noise and dust.
