Job Summary Langan is seeking a Project Environmental/Transaction Advisory Professional to join its rapidly growing national practice. This individual will serve a key function in providing site exploration activities including, but not limited to EHS transaction advisory due diligence within the merger and acquisition (M&A) space; contaminated site investigation and remediation work; soil and groundwater sampling; vapor intrusion investigation, processing, and evaluation; and report preparation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with top industry leadership on a complex and diverse portfolio of environmental projects in a continuous learning environment. Job Responsibilities Field work is required; Conduct EHS Due Diligence and deal support for a variety of legal, financial, and industrial clients; Participate in the identification and pursuit of new clients, develop additional work within an existing project, and attend business development meetings with new and existing clients; Assist with the coordination and execution of field investigations by logging borings, collecting and managing samples, performing field tests, and collecting and recording field data; Perform air, soil, gas, groundwater sampling and remediation of contaminated properties; Prepare and manage standard logs and To view the full job description please use the link below.
