Warehouse Supervisor Legrand AV, Inc. parental leave, paid time off, 401(k) United States, Pennsylvania, Canonsburg May 19, 2026 Warehouse Supervisor Location US-PA-Canonsburg # Positions 1 Experience (Years) 5 Category Logistics / Transportation Position Description At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the Data Center Power and Control Starline Team in Canonsburg, PA. In this role, you will lead and support a team across warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, and offsite storage. You will play a key role in creating a positive team environment, driving operational excellence, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all warehouse activities. What Will You Do? Lead, coach, and support a team of employees to achieve performance, safety, and quality goals Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes engagement and accountability Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, and engineering teams to support business priorities Plan and adjust team schedules based on workflow demands and priorities Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards Support employee development through training, feedback, and growth opportunities Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes Monitor key metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Assist in problem-solving efforts and implement process improvements Provide support across departments as needed Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus Experience leading or supporting teams in a warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment Experience in fast-paced operational environments is helpful Familiarity with warehouse processes, inventory flow, or production operations is preferred Desired Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks Comfortable using systems and tools such as Microsoft Office or warehouse management systems Interest in continuous improvement and problem solving Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support team development Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies Exposure to Lean or process improvement concepts is a plus but not required Company Info About Legrand Legrand is the global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures.
