AEC is currently seeking a qualified individual (0-3 years experience) to join our San Diego-area office. This is an excellent career opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our team of outstanding professionals. Personnel with a background in due diligence and commercial/industrial Site development are highly encouraged to apply. Individuals will be responsible for managing multiple environmental projects and will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and regulatory agency staff. Coordinate visits with clients and regulatory agencies in the field Document and summarize results of field investigations and analyses. Provide client and regulatory agency coordination including remedial activities. Support proposal preparation, contract execution, and budget/schedule adherence. Develop project execution strategies. Primary focus is to perform Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, subsurface investigations, and write technical documents. Assessing asbestos-containing materials, lead based paint, and mold as well as other environmental services, materials testing, and construction monitoring/testing are expected. Required Skills & Required Experience BS degree in Physical or Environmental Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Able to obtain Professional Geologist/Engineer CA license. Possess good communication skills through technical writing and in-person site inspections. Comfortable working on multiple project assignments concurrently. Capability to work and interact with clients, maintain project budgets and schedules. Capability to work well in a team or individually. Willingness to travel a must (driving and flights) with some overnights (1-2 days) Resourceful, analytical minded, and strong attention to detail required. The following benefits are provided by
