Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), including site inspections, historical research, and database reviews, in accordance with ASTM standards. Perform Phase II ESAs, including soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling, and coordinate field investigations. Analyze environmental data, interpret lab results, and prepare technical reports. Identify Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) and recommend next steps for site remediation or further assessment. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance. Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and budgets efficiently. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field. At least 2+ years of experience in environmental consulting Familiarity withASTM E1527-21
standards and environmental regulations (e.g., CERCLA, RCRA). Strong technical writing skills with experience preparing ESA reports. Strong communication and project management skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.05/hr.
