Our Northeast Division is seeking a dynamic Environmental Field Scientist to join our Glastonbury, CT or Providence, RI office. Environmental Field Scientist:

Co llect field samples of soil, soil vapor, groundwater, surface water, and drinking water . Provide oversight of site investigation and characterization, as well as contaminated site remediation . Collect stormwater samples from municipal and private facilities in CT. Prepare field notes, photographs , and perform analysis and interpretation of field and analytical data. Prepare technical reports and conduct ASTM Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments. Support emergency response services, communicate and collaborate with others, manage workloads and records, implement health & safety policies, and travel to different project sites . What we're looking for: BA/BS in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field Valid driver's license with a good driving history and reliable transportation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other widely used computer programs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent technical communication skills with strong attention to detail Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and maintaining an excellent safety record Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments and manage workloads efficiently Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a similar environmental or field‑based role Connecticut Remediation Standard Regulations (RSRs) experience Connecticut or Massachusetts stormwater sampling and reporting experience 40‑hour
