Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Environmental Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in scientific research and technical writing, with environmental background preferred. This role involves conducting Phase I environmental assessments, analyzing data, and contributing to project reports. Responsibilities Conduct scientific research to assess environmental conditions and impacts. Utilize commercial mapping tools for spatial analysis and mapping. Prepare technical reports and documentation to communicate findings effectively. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on various environmental projects. Conduct site inspections for commercial properties. Help in conducting Phase II ESA sample acquisition in the field. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. Proficiency in mapping software. Strong research skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets. Excellent technical writing skills for report preparation and documentation. Ability to work in a strict deadline environmental with minimal error. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
