Lane specializes in mobility, tunneling, and water resources to address sustainable development and climate change adaptation challenges. Description Guides program or project specific operations to maintain compliance with the Environmental Management System (EMS), Project Environmental Plans, and Lane Requirements. Manages a particular project or program within the EMS. Assists with developing and implementing procedures in accordance with the EMS. Completes permit applications, environmental plans, recordkeeping and reporting as required by environmental regulatory agencies. Maintains awareness of any changes to environmental laws and regulations that impact the Project/Area of their assignment. Ensures employees are trained on environmental regulations and practices. Identifies potential environmental impacts, reduce, control and/or eliminate environmental risks. Performs and/or manages environmental inspections. May manage environmental personnel. May represent Lane on industry association environmental committees. Performs other duties as assigned.
