If you have participated in wetland delineations , whether you're early in your career or have years of experience, we want to hear from you. What we're looking for Experience with wetland delineations, permitting, mitigation banking, and/or other related wetland/environmental field work. Familiarity with wetland vegetation, soils, hydrology, permitting, or environmental assessments. Comfortable working both in the field and in the office. Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills. Strong technical writing skills and research ability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. For an experienced candidate , this role can include leading wetland projects, managing delineations and permitting, and helping to guide and develop our team. For an earlier-career candidate , we're looking for someone with real field exposure who wants to build their wetlands expertise and take on increasing responsibility. Title, responsibilities, and compensation will be based on education and experience.
