An Environmental Technician assists with testing and sampling or monitoring needed for environmental clean-up efforts or projects to mitigate environmental pollution. Assists environmental engineers or environmental scientists. Collects air, water or soil samples, operates field test equipment and conducts laboratory research. Coordinates work at sites with contaminated soil or water, or hazardous waste clean-up sites.
ABM is seeking a skilled Test and Balance Technician to support testing, adjusting, and balancing operations at a semiconductor and chemical manufacturing facility in Phoenix, AZ. This position is responsible for maintaining proper system and equipment balance during new installations, equipment modifications, and deinstallation of process equipment. In this role, you will work independently and alongside other experienced technicians to ensure air systems meet operational requirements, customer expectations, and ABM safety standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot system performance issues in a highly regulated industrial environment.

Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken, to understand safety signs, follow technical instructions, and communicate effectively on site.
