Trihydro Corporation is seeking a motivated Environmental Intern to join our Lakewood office for Summer 2027. This paid, full-time internship offers hands-on experience supporting environmental compliance, regulatory permitting, and site investigation and remediation projects. Interns work alongside experienced consultants and gain exposure to both the technical and regulatory aspects of environmental consulting, building practical skills that support long-term career development in the industry. This is a full-time, non-benefited internship position intended for students currently pursuing degrees in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related fields.
What You'll Do:
Office Support:
Manage and evaluate field and laboratory data. Perform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews of client deliverables. Participate in technical training sessions. Prepare deliverables for permitting packages and site investigation, monitoring, and remediation reports. Field Support (as opportunities arise): Assist with groundwater and soil sampling events. (Prerequisite is OSHA 40 hr.

certification) Support subcontractor oversight and remedial system operations and maintenance. Shadow compliance inspections and assessments.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies for engineering, geology, environmental science, or a related field. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and problem solve while seeking guidance and feedback when needed. Interest in pursuing a career in the environmental consulting industry.

Performs work in accordance with applicable regulations, professional standards, and internal guidance. Follows all safety procedures and company policies. 2.
Technical Learning and Task Execution:
Performs assigned technical tasks under supervision using established procedures and guidance. Demonstrates attention to accuracy, completeness, and quality in assigned work. 3.
Project Participation:
Learns project workflows, documentation standards, and internal processes. Communicates progress, questions, and issues to supervisors or project leads.

Summary pay range:
