CRITICAL REQUIREMENT
Chemical Expertise
•
DO NOT APPLY
• if you do not have extensive, demonstrable knowledge of commercial, medical-grade cleaning chemicals. While the clinic will pay for and supply all chemicals, you are the expert we are relying on. You must know exactly which EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectants (e.g., List N approved) are required for different clinical surfaces. You must fundamentally understand the science of "dwell times" (contact times) and how to achieve verified logarithmic pathogen reduction. If you do not know the difference between a quaternary ammonium compound and accelerated hydrogen peroxide, or if you think household bleach is appropriate for all surfaces, this is not the job for you. You will be required to advise and assist clinic management in the selection and procurement of all cleaning chemicals used in the building.
The Schedule & Compensation Location:
Miami Beach, Florida.
Schedule:
7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The work takes approximately 2 to 3 hours per night. You have total autonomy to complete your shift anytime between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No daytime patient disruptions.
Compensation:
$1,600 per month (salaried). This fixed-rate structure is designed to reward high efficiency, the faster you complete the work to our exacting clinical standards, the higher your effective hourly rate.
Bonus:
You will be eligible for quarterly performance bonuses based on outstanding work and pristine facility audits. What We Provide We fully stock the clinic with all heavy physical capital and consumables. You will walk in and have immediate access to: Vacuums Mop buckets, mops, and floor tools Paper consumables (hand towels, toilet paper) Microfiber Towels Trash liners Hand soap All chemical agents (purchased by the clinic based entirely on your expert recommendations) Your Zonal Responsibilities You will execute terminal and environmental cleaning across three distinct zones using strict CDC methodologies (cleaning top-to-bottom, clean-to-dirty, and using figure-eight overlapping mopping techniques). 1. The Front Zone (Clinical & Public - High Bioburden):
Includes:
4 Exam Rooms, Waiting Room, Front Desk, 2 Public Bathrooms, Triage Room, Lab Area, and Provider Desks.
Focus:
Terminal disinfection to eradicate community-acquired pathogens. The lab area requires specific bloodborne pathogen decontamination protocols. 2. The Middle Zone (Diagnostic & Staff - Specialized Care):
Includes:
IV Area, Radiology Room, Break Room, 1 Staff Bathroom, and the Janitorial Mop Sink.
Focus:
Aseptic environmental maintenance.
Critical Rule:
You must use the indirect "spray-to-cloth" method in the Radiology Room to protect highly sensitive, expensive diagnostic electronics from liquid damage; direct spraying of radiology equipment is an immediate safety violation. 3. The Back Zone (Administrative - Low Traffic):
Includes:
2 Administrative Offices, Back Lobby, and 1 Private Bathroom.
Focus:
Dust abatement, general commercial sanitation, and maintenance of shared touchpoints. Mandatory Paid Training & Compliance We take your safety seriously. OSHA Hazard Communication (29 CFR 1910.1200): Maintaining our 16-section Safety Data Sheet (SDS) binder and properly labeling all secondary chemical containers. Florida Biomedical Waste Management (FAC Chapter 64E-16): You will not be handling biomedical waste in this role. However, you must be fully trained on it so you can correctly identify it and ensure you never handle, transport, or co-mingle sealed red biohazard bags or sharps containers with general solid waste.
