is currently seeking an Environmental Field Technician to join our Indianapolis, Indiana office. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working outdoors and thrives in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform environmental field sampling activities in accordance with established procedures and project requirements. Conduct repetitive sampling and monitoring tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Operate and maintain field equipment and hand tools safely and effectively. Collect, document, and organize field data accurately. Work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively as part of a project team. Follow company safety policies and procedures while working in a variety of outdoor environments. Communicate effectively with project managers, coworkers, clients, and subcontractors as needed. Maintain a professional and dependable attitude while representing the company in the field.
