Job Description

Fleis & VandenBrink (F&V) is a highly successful, growth-oriented civil and environmental engineering/architectural firm that provides a wide range of services to municipal, industrial, institutional, commercial, and private development clients throughout Michigan and Indiana. Responsibilities:
Conduct field observations, take notes, perform documentation, testing, calculations, sampling, and monitoring. Collect soil, vapor, wastewater, and groundwater samples. Operate, install, and maintain data collection instrumentation. Perform basic calculations and estimates. Maintain accurate written documentation. Assist in data analysis and report preparation. Communicate daily with contractors, technicians, and project managers. Maintain positive client and team relationships. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1 to 5+ years of related experience. Associate or bachelor's degree in Geology, Biology, or related environmental sciences preferred. 40 Hour
HAZWOPER
Certification required and must be obtained within 3 months of starting in the position. Field/Office experience with Part 201 and Part 213 sites. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Self-proficient and motivated. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook.
