Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and technically-oriented Environmental Consultant to support environmental assessment, testing and consulting projects. This role will combine field inspections, data analysis, regulatory compliance and client interaction to ensure safe, compliant and efficient project outcomes.
The Environmental Consultant will be a proactive problem solver with strong technical knowledge of environmental regulations, experience in field investigations and be adept at translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site inspections, environmental assessments and field samplingPerform or support asbestos, lead, mold and indoor air quality testingUtilize moisture mapping and other diagnostic technologies to identify environmental risksDocument site conditions; and ensure accurate data collectionAnalyze lab results and field data to identify environmental risks or compliance issuesPrepare detailed technical reports, risk assessments and remediation recommendationsQualificationsBachelors degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related fieldExperience in environmental consulting, field investigation, and environmental testingKnowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standardsProven technical report writing skillsAbility to design abatement projects is preferredCIH Certification is preferredBenefitsBase Salary ($80K-$90K)Bonus (approx. $30K-$40K)Health InsurancePaid Time OffCompany VehicleCompany Gas CardCell Phone Allowance
