We provide environmental testing and inspection services throughout New Jersey. Responsibilities Perform environmental inspections and testing at residential and commercial properties Collect samples following proper procedures and safety requirements Perform asbestos, mold, lead, water, and other environmental testing based on qualifications and certifications Take clear job-site photos and document inspection areas Complete sample paperwork and chain-of-custody forms accurately Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, property managers, and other clients Travel to scheduled appointments throughout New Jersey Deliver samples to laboratories when required Maintain testing equipment and follow company procedures Qualifications Environmental inspection/testing experience preferred NJ certifications/licenses are strongly preferred Asbestos Inspector/AHERA certification is a plus Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor certification is a plus Mold assessment/testing experience is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional communication skills Comfortable working independently and traveling between job sites Reliable, organized, and able to complete paperwork correctly We are especially interested in applicants who already hold certifications related to asbestos, lead, mold, radon, or other environmental testing services . Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
