Monday-Friday | Standard Business Hours About the Role We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to support production testing and environmental qualification activities for aerospace and defense hardware. In this role, you will perform environmental stress screening, execute test procedures, monitor laboratory equipment, and ensure complex systems meet quality, reliability, and performance requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of managing multiple testing activities in a fast-paced production and laboratory environment. Responsibilities Perform production testing and environmental qualification activities on aerospace and defense hardware. Operate and monitor environmental test chambers that simulate extreme temperature and vibration conditions. Execute established test procedures and protocols with a high degree of accuracy. Collect, document, and maintain detailed test data, reports, and operational logs. Support environmental stress screening (ESS) and product validation efforts. Monitor laboratory systems and testing operations to ensure uninterrupted workflow. Manage multiple testing assignments simultaneously while meeting quality and schedule requirements. Troubleshoot test setups and equipment performance issues as needed. Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of laboratory equipment and facilities. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards. Support paperless documentation and electronic record-keeping processes. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma, Trade School Diploma, or equivalent. Up to two (2) years of advanced study or technical training in Electronics Technology or a related field. Basic knowledge of electronic systems and testing methodologies. Ability to follow technical procedures, work instructions, and testing standards. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an environmental testing, manufacturing, production, or laboratory environment. Familiarity with thermal testing, vibration testing, and environmental stress screening (ESS). Experience operating environmental test chambers and related laboratory equipment. Ability to analyze test results and maintain accurate technical documentation. Experience supporting aerospace, defense, electronics, or engineering programs.
