Job Title:

Cleanroom Technician - Night Shift Job Description We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Industrial Cleaning Technicians for project-based roles within a large industrial manufacturing environment. The position involves supporting two active projects at a facility in Nevada, working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This role requires a commitment of 48-60 hours per week and offers a strong potential for extension or conversion. Responsibilities Perform technical dust control cleaning operations using intrinsically safe equipment, such as pneumatic vacuums and Swiffer type dust control tools. Remove fine paint dust and overspray particles generated from powder coating operations. Clean floors, walls, surfaces, equipment, and structural areas, including elevated and hard-to-reach spaces. Comply with strict PPE requirements at all times. Conduct manual labor in outdoor or semi-enclosed areas, including shoveling and handling materials. Work around battery shredding and processing operations, with exposure to dirt, debris, and industrial waste. Essential Skills OSHA 40 Hour

HAZWOPER

Certification Full Face Respirator Clearance and Training Ability to pass a Tesla Level Background Check Successful completion of a 10-panel drug screen Capability to work extended hours and night shifts consistently Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in industrial cleaning Manufacturing or plant experience Background in dust control or environmental services Work Environment The position is based in an industrial factory setting with non-sterile conditions. It involves physically demanding work that requires full face respirators and disposable coveralls provided by the employer. Work may include confined space activities, managed directly by the Health & Safety team. The role is scheduled for night shifts only, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with the schedule provided one week in advance. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sparks, NV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
