Environmental Project Manager Description Seeking a project manager estimator that specializes in environmental remediation services to bid and manage jobs ranging from 20 thousand to 1 million. Will manage 2-3 jobs at a time. The jobs are remediating government facilities or restoring and monitoring groundwater remediation sites or asbestos, mold, and lead abatement operations.. This candidate needs to understand environmental compliance of asbestos, lead, mold, and hazardous waste remediation projects. Holding any of these certs will set someone apart: Asbestos Abatement Supervision, Lead Renovation & Abatement, Hazardous Waste Operations (HAZWOPER), and Heavy Equipment, OSHA 30, NYS Mold Assessor, NYS Asbestos Inspector, NYS Project Monitor, NYS Air Technician, and NYS Project Designer Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Syracuse, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
