• Fugitive Emissions Technician Be the Eyes on Emissions in the Field PROtect, LLC is hiring Emissions Monitoring Technicians (LDAR) to support environmental compliance at industrial facilities.

In this role, you'll do more than run routes, you'll help facilities stay safe, compliant, and operational by identifying leaks, collecting accurate data, and working directly with plant teams. This is a hands-on, field-based role with long-term career growth in environmental services. Pay & Perks Competitive pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Stable schedule with consistent work Career growth into Lead and specialized roles Exposure to advanced technologies (OGI, IR, compliance programs) Career Growth Path into Lead Technician or Field Supervisor roles Opportunities to expand into BWON, AVO, and advanced compliance programs Training on OGI/IR camera technologies Long-term growth in environmental and industrial services What You'll Be Doing Field Monitoring & Compliance Monitor valves, pumps, and components using EPA Method 21 Complete assigned routes accurately and on schedule Identify, tag, and track leaks for repair and re-monitoring Maintain accurate documentation for compliance reporting Equipment & Technical Work Calibrate and troubleshoot handheld analyzers Ensure monitoring equipment is functioning properly Support re-monitoring of repaired components Site Communication Work with plant operations and maintenance teams Communicate findings clearly and professionally Identify opportunities to improve compliance and efficiency Safety & Teamwork Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Report incidents and maintain a safety-first mindset Support team members and assist as needed This Job Is a Good Fit If You Enjoy hands-on, outdoor work Are mechanically inclined and detail-oriented Can work safely in industrial environments Communicate well with teams and supervisors Want a long-term career in environmental or industrial work What You Need 6+ months of LDAR or related industrial/environmental experience Basic computer skills (Excel, handheld devices, data entry) Strong attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

2+ years of LDAR experience Experience with

TVA 2020
