Job Description
Come join Soar Environmental Consulting! We seek a conscientious professional with at least one year of water monitoring experience and a bachelor's degree in the environmental field. This is an excellent role where you will continue to apply and grow your knowledge base and skills for all compliance requirements. Your background could be working for an irrigation district, construction sites, or a manufacturing site where monitoring runoff is required. With your expertise, you will recommend BMP improvements in environmentally sensitive areas. Additionally, you will enjoy successful working relationships with the various agencies.

Responsibilities Include:
Collect Stormwater Samples and Submit for Laboratory Analysis
Perform Site Inspections
Recommend BMP Improvements
Data Collection/Field Notes
Documentation and Reporting
Ability to work in wet and/or cold weather conditions
Monitoring environmental conditions
Manage Tools and Equipment
Awareness of related environmental regulations (NPDES, Clean Water Act, air quality and waste regulations, and municipal codes)
Understand the consequences of non-compliance
Qualifications:

SWPPP:
1 year (Required)
Bachelor of Science degree in environmental science or related field.
