Job Description

This role entails leading and guiding all environmental engineering, compliance, and sustainability activities for a major manufacturing plant and (3) distribution centers in Tyler, TX with occasional travel (up to 25%). Responsibilities include overseeing a team consisting of (3) Environmental Engineers, an Environmental Technician, and an hourly environmental team. The Plant Environmental Manager will directly report to the General Manager. Ideal candidates should possess technical expertise in air (including permitting such as Title
V, PSD/NSR
permits), water, and waste management. Demonstrated experience in successfully managing a comprehensive environmental program at a plant level and leading environmental professionals is essential for this role. Strong leadership and management skills are paramount!
