• Master's Degree in field of Behavioral/Social Sciences or active RN liscenced in Alabama
• Effective leadership skills
• Ability to provide orientation and continuing education with co-workers
• Three (3) years experience in Intake, psychiatric setting (outpatient or inpatient) and crisis intervention, preferred
• The ability to establish rapport quickly via telephone or in person
• Must be computer literate and have excellent clerical skills
• Experience in insurance benefits verification and admission, pre-certification, preferred
• Familiar with medical and psychiatric terminology/psychotropic medications, preferred
